What does this screen sharing do?

This is the fastest online meeting service designed for you to share your screen with meeting participants. Your attendees can view your screen in real-time from any browser without having to install anything. There's no Flash, Java or ActiveX required.

Is it available cross-platform?

Yes. Our screen sharing service can be used on Windows and Mac. Meeting attendees can join using any popular web browser today.

How many can join a screen sharing session?

The capacity of your online meeting will depend on your selected plan. There are capacities of 15, 50 and 300 attendees depending on your service subscription.

Do I need to reserve or set up time?

You can host meetings as often as you like and at any time. You can schedule your meetings in advance by email and calendar or start an impromptu meeting instantly.

How do I start a meeting?

To start a meeting, you will need screen sharing activated in your account. Once enabled, you can download and open the Web Meeting app and login with the same credentials as you use for Conference Calling. This will start a screen sharing session immediately and allow you to invite folks by meeting link or template invite.

How do I invite people to join my meeting?

Click the “invite attendee” icon on the far right and choose to copy the meeting link or full meeting template to your clipboard. You can then paste it into an IM or email. You can also create email and calendar invites using our conferencing for Outlook plugin. Meetings are easy to join since there's no download needed. It takes only seconds, not minutes for attendees to get in.

How do I share my screen?

Sharing your screen is simple. Just click the play button when you are ready to begin sharing your screen with attendees. A notification will confirm you’re sharing and the play button will change to a pause button to stop sharing when needed.

How do I access my conference calling information?

Click the telephone icon to pull up your conference call information including all the international access numbers available to you and your callers. See our international conference call access and rates.

Can I message and send files to participants?

Yes. You can group message or direct message participants by clicking on the chat bubble icon. You can send to “All Participants” or choose an individual attendee to direct message. You can also drag and drop a file into the input box of click the File Transfer icon to select files for distribution.

What are the system requirements for attendees?

Attendees need only a web browser and Internet connection (broadband is best) to join.

Not at this time. A mobile app for screen sharing will be released later in 2016 by the team.
