We’re excited to introduce the newly redesigned user dashboard released today. You’ll find a beautiful, responsive interface that’s mobile-friendly and full of new features for users and account admins.
Today represents a key platform release in a series of updates planned for you over the coming months. These updates will focus on usability and adding new features and refinements to our core services with a continued focus on bringing simple, easy-to-use conferencing tools to market.
Because things are reorganized a bit, we want to call out some of the big changes.
Call Manager Access on the Dashboard
If you like to manage conference calls live with the Call Manager, you’ll quickly notice the “Manage Calls” option is no longer in the main menu. Now, you’ll just click the Manage button on your dashboard instead.
Dial-out From The Web
The new +Invite button on the Call Manager lets you enter the name and number of a participant to dial-out to automatically and bring them right into the live call. And don’t worry, our dial-out by phone feature will remain as well.
New User-Level Settings
Users can set their own conference call defaults including dedicated dial-in, hold music, entry/exit notification preferences, and they can use integrations like Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook plus more… You’ll find we also introduced profile pictures and encourage everyone to make things a bit more personal too.
We’ll be expanding our integrations this year so if you have any suggestions please tell us what you think.
Account Administrator Features
Administrators will enjoy even easier account management within a single space to view and manage users and services plans. You can provision new conference codes and users as well as update service plans and subscriptions on-demand.
The new actions menu will give you additional controls including single sign-on to manage user-level settings.
Feedback—Tell Us How We’re Doing
We would love to hear from you more and learn how we’re doing. We’ve made it a bit easier to give us feedback on calls and services. You’ll notice feedback requests in your reporting and in our new chat support tool, so we’re just a click away!
Updated Recordings And Support
We’ve redesigned the recording pages for calls and web meetings and included a brand new help section applying a clean new layout, and yes, we’ve added search functionality to each!
Billing Is Now Part Of Account
Yes, we moved it on you. You’ll find all your statements and manage all things billing related within the Account section moving forward.
